HIIT HAPPY is a boutique fitness studio focusing on high-intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT offers an effective and efficient way to lose weight, build muscle, boost endorphins, and improve overall health with consistent 30-minute sessions. Unlike traditional exercises and workouts that demand considerable time, HIIT is easy to incorporate into a busy schedule.

We offer a holistic approach rooted in our belief that exercise is not only for your body, it’s also for your mental health. With HIIT, no one is too busy for exercise.

Certified personal trainer, nutrition specialist, and lifelong fitness enthusiast.

I am passionate about fitness and personal well-being, and have long dreamed of sharing the joy of fitness with others. I’m thrilled to bring HIIT HAPPY to Dexter.

Let’s build a community where we will support each other in all aspects of our fitness journeys. Fitness should be accessible to everyone, no matter where you are today.

Connor Allston

As a professional performer, fitness has been a huge part of my life. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Otterbein University, my fitness journey truly started with waking up at 8am for dance class 5 days of week on top of building up the endurance, breath support, and stamina to be able to dance and sing (often at the same time) in my performances. I also have the experience of being able to transform my body in short amounts of time, and maintain my physique for long runs of shows.

I have been training my friends and family for years, helping them lose weight and/or gain muscle for their weddings, jobs, athletic hobbies, etc. I know firsthand how much work it can take to love yourself. I am passionate about my work as a certified personal trainer, and I will help you comfortably and safely navigate your way to the healthy body you've always envisioned for yourself.

Jennet Malone

In addition to training at HIIT Happy, I serve as the Wellness Manager for Brecon Village. I hold both a Senior Fitness Specialist and Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, reflecting my strong commitment to evidence-based fitness programming.

I am also a SilverSneakers instructor, where I lead engaging and accessible fitness classes for active older adults. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Administration and Leadership, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration.

I combine my expertise in fitness, leadership, and healthcare to create meaningful wellness experiences that support healthy, active lifestyles.
